Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 3, 2026

By downloading or using the Aalarmoo app, these terms will automatically apply to you you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Use of the App

You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn't try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the developer.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Aalarmoo offers premium features through in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Google Play Account Settings after purchase.

3. User Generated Content

The app allows you to record custom audio for your alarms. You are solely responsible for the audio you record. We do not store or process these recordings on external servers; they are kept locally on your device.

4. Liability

We provide the app "as is", and we can't be held responsible for the app not functioning at full capacity if you don't have access to Wi-Fi or if your device battery runs out. We are also not liable for any missed events, meetings, or obligations resulting from an alarm failing to trigger.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
